Ok, we all are in this together and need to stay strong. We are all human and have our weak thoughts and moments. We need to keep in mind that we ARE NOT on a diet but we are gradually creating a healthier lifestyle! This healthier lifestyle helps us make the best decisions on the food we choose to consume that will fuel our bodies to perform at their best. If we keep thinking diet then it makes you feel that you are restrained and limited. When we feel we are not allowed something or forced to give it up, naturally we want it even more . This is what causes us to plateau and regress in our push forward. Here are 7 reasons that WE DO NOT DIET!!!
1. Your metabolism slows down and this causes our bodies to store unwanted fat!
2. You lose mostly water and muscle when not properly fueling your body. That fat remains the same!
3. You suffer from poor concentration and low energy. This cause poor choices that affect your brain and vital organs!!
4. You're in a terrible mood. Starvation causes depression and irritability!
5.You become preoccupied with food, and this is all you think about because you are depriving yourself!
6. You're at an increased risk for binge eating because your body wants to load up on food to prepare for the next it is forced to starve.

7. You experience rapid weight regain in the form of fat!!!
