Day 5 was Cardio fix and man did I sweat!! Where else can you burn 336 calories in just 30min! This took 2% of my whole day and I feel great! I probably should have mopped the floor when I was finished! Ready to take on my day with proper nutrition, hydration, and my shakeology! I am feeling confident and hopeful!
